# 360Models > 360Models is the 3D asset management platform for objects, products and environments. Businesses can use existing 3D models or have physical assets captured as photorealistic 3D scans, then manage and use them in viewers, digital twins, product configurators and their own software. The platform supports both captured environments and existing product or object models. Teams can view, measure, annotate and share assets, retain documents and work history, and prepare work remotely. Product configuration, material choices, configuration logic and WebAR are included in all subscription tiers. Customers can capture a location themselves with suitable equipment, or have 360Models carry out the scan. When customers capture, 360Models can provide hardware training, process the recordings and make the result available in the platform and/or connected software. CAD, BIM and technical drawings are additional deliverables agreed for the project. A scan records visible surfaces; suitable capture data and accuracy remain important for measurement and technical use. Viewing an existing Gaussian Splat and processing raw recordings are different capabilities. Viewing and sharing processed splats are available in every plan. API access, 3DGS processing capabilities and an AI agent are available with Business and Enterprise.
